George M. Pakozdi

George has a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation. His experience includes complex contractual disputes, real estate litigation, claims for misrepresentation and breach of warranty, shareholder disputes, product liability and consumer claims, professional negligence and discipline matters, and class actions. He has acted for a range of clients including corporations, municipalities, not-for-profit entities, and professionals. George has appeared as counsel before all levels of the Ontario courts and various tribunals.

George joined Boghosian + Allen in 2018, having previously worked as an associate at a prominent litigation boutique in Toronto. While in law school, he was heavily involved with Queen’s Legal Aid as a caseworker and student leader and was an assistant editor of the Queen’s Law Journal
