Stuart is a previous summer student who is returning to complete his articling term throughout 2023 and 2024. As part of his summer experience, he updated the loose-leaf text, The Law of Municipal Liability in Canada. While in law school, Stuart was a student-case-worker with the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic, a legal-aid clinic that provides free legal services in estate-related matters as well as public legal education seminars. Prior to attending law school, Stuart completed the Legal Studies program at Carleton University and worked for the Federal Government of Canada.
